Attack at the big house | Open

jenneticallyhydrojenn:

“Alexander?” The girl’s voice slightly faltered with concern as she watched her boyfriend froze in terror—resulting of loosing his grip to the blonde enemy.

A feral snarl escaped the lips of a particular angry daughter of Poseidon as they held the son of Athena as their hostage. You. Chocolate hues glowered towards the irritating yet seemingly familiar newcomer. “How nice of you to stop by, Eden.” She hissed, each word drips with sarcasm; hands trembling as it clenched around her staff. Her mind was running out of ideas on how save Lex safely away from their hands (or knives, more likely)—and so does her time. She had to act quickly or else it will be his demise.

An unladylike snort came from the brunette at the mention of the fragile ground beneath her—she knows very well that she can calm them by her own will. But right now, that is the least of her concerns. A touch of fear mingled into her eyes as they locked into those familiar grey eyes.

“Yeah, like that’s going to happen, Blondie.” Jennina taunted, eyes narrowing at the bloody arrow she held. Her smug enemy cocked her head to the side with irritation by her words. “You don’t even have a freaking bow, you dumbass bitch.”

Furious, the other female threw the bloodied arrow with such f o r c e that it was almost enough to hurl it like the actual bow will. Though it turns out that she wasn’t as accurate as she thought she will be. The arrow narrowly got her foot—though her left leg received the blow as she dodged the blonde’s attack. The brunette made an agonizing sounds from the back of her throat as the searing pain from her injury almost made her out of balance—making an attempt to yank the arrow out. Her attacker smirk towards her smugly as she made her move to lunge towards her, knocking her off balance and making her weapon thrown away from her.

Hey dad, um, a little help here please? She prayed silently, gasping in pain as she received a kick towards her stomach. Sage yanked her head hard, groaning. Perhaps an underground pipe or some water-filled bedrock underneath please?

“Wrong decision, you bitch.” The blonde whispered in her ear sadistically; her hand thrusting the arrow deeper into her leg, for which the brunette wordlessly cried out in agony. “Now you will watch your boyfriend die.

Just as when hope seems all lost in their situation, a miracle happened.

A figure tackled Eden and pinned him down to the ground—causing the release of the other male. Almost sighing in relief, she recognize the newcomer with great gratitude.

Phoenix.

Just as her relief that their hostage was freed, comes her agony at the very own hands of her attacker, Sage.

Weaponless and almost out of option, Jenn have no other options left.

The ground s h o o k underneath them, making fissures as her gut ached as she unleashed her earthshaking powers. Taking her advantage as the distracted blonde stared at the fissures with great confusion, she let her head hit against her nose—making her gasp with pain and surprise. Her fingers loosen against her curls and decided to limp towards her staff—trying to ignore the stabbing pain of her leg.

She just really hoped that she can make it to her weapon before her attacker recovered.

Grey eyes remained widened as the male attempted to make sense of everything. The situation, unfortunately, didn’t allow him enough time to do so before a tackle left him sprawling on the ground. All air was knocked out of the boy’s lungs at the double impact, head spinning from the less than satisfactory cushioning effect the little grass provided.

The first thing that occurred to him when his senses returned to their functioning state was the weight that rested upon his chest, preventing any major movements. The second,  a new voice coming from nearby. V e r y nearby. In fact, it seemed to originate from right above him. Disconcerted, it took him until the end of his foe’s threat to piece together why he could see the sky, an unfamiliar face as well as a foot at the edge of his vision.

                                                            {This was not good news at all.}

Alexander tried to move, freezing when he suddenly became aware of a cold something pressed against his neck. Confused was he when he spied the figure of a hand where his skin tingled. It was definitely too cold to be normal, human flesh; and yet it was there. Despite his loathing for unsolved puzzles, the thought was shoved to the back of his mind quickly. He needed to prioritise. And the first thing he needed to do was to get himself free

A lot seemed to have happened in that few moments in which he strove to figure out the going ons, that much he inferred from the angry female voices and the all too recognisable cry of pain in the background. Desperation overtook him and he attempted a kick at his captor’s midsection. Though the action only caused the grip around his neck to tighten, Alexander did not cease his fruitless efforts.

Action-packed were the next few seconds. The heaviness was suddenly lifted off him, rendering him ble to move once more. The son of Athena scrambled to his feet, the movement made to seem clumsy as a tremor ran through ground beneath them all. He regained his balance to see the figure of his saviour disentangle himself from Eden and run off — perhaps to lend a hand to others in need. His enemy still hadn’t gotten to his feet, giving Alexander the time to cast his gaze around. The glance offered him no clue as to where his fallen blade lay, making the male feel extremely exposed and unarmed with only the small knife he still carried — his last resort. The quick look had also told him that Jennina was still very much in danger, although the shaking ground seemed to offer her a slight advantage over her own foe.

That left him with his earlier unnamed attacker. Though his body still ached from the earlier fall, he knew what he had to do. Abandoning all semblance of rationality as well as thoughts of strategy, he threw himself at the other, forcing him back onto the ground. This would be a test of strength — one he wasn’t sure he’d win.

Message me for any problems, if you want to be moved up or down, consultation, anything, really. But at this point, I can’t change your character’s location  (Big House instead of Forest, etc).

Also, please message me if you are going offline so that I can put an asterisk beside your names. Strikethroughs mean they’re done with the para, and underlined ones mean they’re linked to their last reply of the para. Bolded and italicized names are names of the enemies (know your enemies) (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

If you’ve been skipped or if it’s your turn, I will message you so do not panic. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

Keep in mind that there is a battle going on, so that means you have to let your characters attack. If you spend too much time letting them think, chances are, they’re going to get killed.

Please also be reminded that your demigods can move. Meaning, if you are in the Big House and you’ve killed/injured/escaped your opponent you can transfer to a different location. However, keep in mind that we have to maintain the number of demigods in each thread as to not overpower the enemies since that would be unfair. We can’t have all of you transferring to the Big House and blah blah blah. But in case this does happen to your character (I mean, come on, do you actually think the enemies will let you go off that easily?), please message me about where your demigod baby will run off to.

No more additions unless someone dies or leaves.

Remember: Enough talk, more action.
